Sweet Potato Fries and Sriracha Mayo Dipping Suace

Grilling season is officially upon us. Who am I kidding we grill all year round. If I can get Brian to cook something on the grill it is on the menu or I will even change the menu. Anything from burgers to brats, chicken, shrimp, fish, even pizza we eat on the grill.
One of my favorite sides when we are grilling and having burgers is Sweet Potato Fries. I also love to use a Sriracha Mayo dipping sauce. I also use this on my burgers.

I choose to peel my sweet potatoes but you can leave them unpeeled if you wish.

Don't they look so pretty lined up in a row, until I got to toss them on the pan.

Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
4-5 medium sweet potatoes
EVOO (I use spray natural EVOO in a Misto bottle)

2- Peel and slice. Place on baking tray.
3- Spray with EVOO.
4- Sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Basil. This is where I don't measure and just sparingly.
5- Toss and repeat on other side.
6- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Flipping once around 10-15 minutes.
7- Serve and Enjoy!
