Healthy Dijon Vinaigrette

I have tried my fair share of homemade salad dressing and most have been a huge disaster. I know most store bought dressing are unhealthy, with added sugars and preservatives. As part of our healthy lifestyle I started mixing up a few different ones, tweaking until I found something I love. Let me introduce you to this delicious and healthy Dijon Vinaigrette. In the last week I have had it on a turkey burger, on chicken, and on my salads. 




Healthy Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1/2 cup EVOO
1/2 small onion diced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp salt
12/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
1- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar with a tight fitting lid. 
2- Shake Well.
3- Add to your favorite burger, chicken, or salad. 
4- Enjoy!!

** Is only good for about a week. You will know when it goes bad because it becomes a solid and can't be shaken up.
