Bedside Book Review

It's a beautiful snowy morning, but still no snow day for us. Today I just want to curl up with a cup of hot tea in front of a fireplace with a good book. Now only if I had a fireplace. In light of wanting to curl up with a good book, it's time for a little Bedside Book Reviews.

Every month I share the books I have read. Every morning I wake up and read a self motivating or self help sometimes personal development book. During the day or before bed I read for fun. I'm part of a book club with my girlfriends and a supportive book club. Here's my read for January.

January was a slow month for my reading. I started a new schedule and the book club book was long. Plus I have been having issues with my kindle, where I do most of my reading. You can't read when it won't turn on or is froze. Knock on wood it is working currently as long as I'm not connected to WIFI.

I picked up this book at the library. I knew I was starting a new schedule and workout routine that I want to be success and succeed in completing. This book is great at giving ideas for staying motivated and having healthy habits. Kayla helps you set realistic goals and expectations for your health and fitness. There is a 28 day meal plan, most of which is a little unique for my tastes. I recommend this book if you are just getting started or stuck in a rut with your motivation.

I read Not Another New Year's on New Years Day. It was a good quick read. I have to admit I didn't realize that it was part of a series. I usually always read series in order. I loved that this book I didn't feel like I missed any details being the second book. If you're looking for a adventure romance with relatable characters it is a good read. Bonus is a free download on amazon for a kindle.

Many of you have probably read the series already and know that the newest movie is coming out this Friday. My girlfriends and I planned a girls day date to go see the movie on February 24th. January's book club book was to reread 50 Shades of Freed to prepare to go see the movie. Who else is excited to see the new movie?

Coming UP:

Here is what I have on my bedside table ready to get started.
