Phase 2 complete, 50 days in the books. This 80 days is going a lot quicker than I expected.
This past week I haven't taken many photos from my workouts, my shakes, or my food. I have stayed on track, got my workout done each day, and I am seeing more results. Since starting this program I have lost 5.6 pounds and 5.5 inches, 3 inches in my stomach alone. I can't wait to see what the next 30 days have in store for me.
Step Count : 45,515 (as of 6 pm Sunday) way below my goal. One day I forgot to wear my watch the whole day, and another day I forgot to wear watch during one workout.
Week 9 Dinner Menu
Monday- Perfect Shredded Chicken with quinoa and asparagus
Tuesday- Chicken tacos and taquiots
Wednesday- Potato Soup
Thursday- Chicken Sausage, broccoli, sweet potato
Friday- Pizza
Saturday- St. Pattys Day
Sunday- Leftovers
