Sometimes you just want something light and fluffy to eat. That's where this delicious pineapple fluff comes in. Simple, easy, few ingredients, and delicious.
Pineapple Fluff
Ingredients:
- 1 box (3.4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 20-oz can crushed pineapple with juice (do NOT drain)
- 8-oz container Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
1- In a large bowl, stir together dry pudding mix and can of crushed pineapple including juice until well combined.2- Gently fold in the Cool Whip, marshmallows, and coconut.
3- Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4- Serve.
