Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

One favorite tradition in our house is Pizza Friday. Normally every Friday night we have pizza. Some nights we order out, a few times we have gone out, but usually we make pizza at home. I was searching Pinterest for a healthier version of pizza dough and found this Weight Watched 2 ingredient pizza dough. It has been a huge hit in our house.

Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 cups Self-rising Flour
EVOO to coat stone
garlic powder
onion powder
desired pizza sauce, cheese and toppings

1- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2- Add self-rising flour and Greek Yogurt to stand mixer. (add herbs if desired)
3- Using hook attachment on low setting, mix for a couple of minutes scraping the sides as necessary. Dough is done mixing when it becomes a ball.
4- If dough is to dry add a little water, if dough is to wet add a little flour.
5- Spread dough out on pan. You can use your hands or a oiled rolling pin.
6- Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake for
7- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
8- Let cool 2 minutes, then slice
9-. Serve
10- ENJOY!!!!

*The recipe has two base ingredients to make the dough. We add herbs to add flavor to the dough. Adding spices is optional. I never measure and just add a bunch.
** We always use a pizza stone. We oil our stone and add herbs to the oil every time. This is also optional.
