Slow Cooker Roast with Veggies
Ingredients:
2-3 lb beef roast
2 lbs chopped carrots
small bag baby potatoes
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1- Add butter to skillet. Sear all sides on roast.
2- Place roast in slow cooker. Add all veggies and seasoning around roast.
3- Cook on high for 6-7 hours.
4- Serve.
5- Enjoy.
