Friday Favorites

Happy Friday. I can't believe that it is the last Friday in May. June will be here on Monday. We are finishing up our last few days of school for Ella. Plus Austin starts summer camp next week. I am ready for a new month and for this storm cloud of everything that has been going wrong to turn into lots of sunshine and good news. Fingers crossed.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

We surprised Ella when she came home from being at her father's for the weekend. She now has her own room again. plus we got her a mermaid comforter. We decided we are not painting her room, but we are getting new wall decorations to give her more of a mermaid room instead of a Minnie and Mickey Mouse princess room that she previously had. Ella is so excited to have her own space again.

~ TWO ~

I am 4 weeks into an 8 week workout program. I am getting my workouts done. Audrianna woke up from her nap while Ella was watching her and got fussy. Instead of stopping my workout and hoping to get back to it later I added Audrianna into the mix. She became a great motivation for push up kisses.

~ THREE ~

Austin has been cute and cuddly this past week. Whenever he gets a chance he likes to cuddle.

~ FOUR ~

Summer weather has been here all week. We brought out the pool and filled it up. The kids got two days with lots of swimming and getting along. Audrianna wants to be a big kid so bad, but she is also enjoying her little pool. (This weekend we are back into the 50s and 60s.)

~ FIVE ~

Ella’s school did a car parade with the teachers today. Ella made a sign to hold. We walked to near the school to see all the teachers. 

Its a sad end to the school year with only a few days left of online learning and supply pick up next week. We have loved her school and next year Ella will be at a new school. 

I am grateful for all the opportunities I had to volunteer at her school and in her classroom. This year we missed out on field day, 2nd grade clap out, and so much more. On to 3rd grade and so many more adventures.

That pool looks great! I bet the kiddos are loving it :) Nice work on getting those work outs in. I haven't been great, but I did go running with Michael this week. He's a lot faster than me since he goes everyday lol.

It's funny how all kids are drawn to the appeal of a pool; isn't it?! Love her mermaid comforter.
