Stuffed Peppers


Ingredients:
  • 4 large green bell peppers
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 oz. of your favorite tomato sauce
  • shredded mozzerella

Directions:
  1. - Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. - Slice tops of peppers. Remove seeds and veins
  3. - Heat oil in skillet. Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until soft
  4. - Add ground turkey. Cook until no longer pink. Season to liking.
  5. - Spoon meat mixture into each pepper. 
  6. - Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. - Remove foil bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. - Serve
  9. - Enjoy !!!
