This past week I have really focused on eating for my goals, more veggies, less snacking and more water. Here are my dinners from last week
Monday I had zoodles with a little marinara sauce.
Tuesday was grilled chicken tacos while Ella played restaurant.
Wednesday chicken sausage with air fried sweet potatoes and Brussel Sprouts
Thursday was rainy all day. Originally we planned on grilling out. I was in the mood for some comfort food. I pulled some leftover Turkey Chili out of the freezer to eat instead.
Friday we ordered local take out. I got fish tacos.
Saturday we had grilled pork tenderloin and a salad.
Now for the week ahead:
