Nut Free Pesto
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil (remove stems)
- 4 TBSP Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt/pepper
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP EVOO
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except EVOO to a food processor.
- Blend while slowly adding in EVOO until smooth.
There are so many delicious recipes to make with your homemade pesto. Store in an air tight contain in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze in ice cube trays to use for later.
