Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 1 lb perfect chicken, shredded
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped small ( i ran through food processor)
- 2 16oz jars alfredo sauce
- 1 15 oz containter ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt/pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 box lasagna noodles (oven ready)
- 16 shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- In a large pan, heat precooked shredded chicken. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder and oregano.
- Add in broccoli. Cook for a few minutes until broccoli is softened.
- Pour in alfredo sauce. Cook over medium heat until sauce is bubbling.
- In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese and parmesan.
- Prepare 9x13 baking pan with spray EVOO
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spread layer of chicken mixture in baking pan.
- Layer noodles then cheese mixture then chicken mixture again. Then 1/2 the bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Continue with noodles, cheese, chicken.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes
- Remove foil back for another 10 minutes
- Let set for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve
