 Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • medium spaghetti squash

Directions:

  1. Place steamer rack in bottom of instant pot
  2. Add 2 cup of water. Place spaghetti squash in instant pot. 
  3. Set timer to manual for 15 minutes and pressure to high. Place lid wit seal closed.
  4. When cooking it done, allow to natural release. 
  5. Carefully remove squash from instant pot. Place on cutting board.
  6. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Shred squash with a fork.
  7. Serve
  8. Enjoy!!!
