Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- medium spaghetti squash
Directions:
- Place steamer rack in bottom of instant pot
- Add 2 cup of water. Place spaghetti squash in instant pot.
- Set timer to manual for 15 minutes and pressure to high. Place lid wit seal closed.
- When cooking it done, allow to natural release.
- Carefully remove squash from instant pot. Place on cutting board.
- Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Shred squash with a fork.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!
