Mini Apple Pies

Mini Apple Pie

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 large can of apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degree 
  2. Unroll pie crust. Cut using 3 cookie cutter or lid. 
  3. Spray muffin tin with EVOO
  4. Place cut pie crust in muffin tin and press down. dough should start to come up the sides.
  5. Spoon apple pie mix equally into mini pies
  6. Using a pastry cutter mix topping ingredients.
  7. Divide toppings evenly betweeen mini pies
  8. Bake 18-20 minutes
  9. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.
  10. Serve
  11. Enjoy!!
