Mini Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 2 large can of apple pie filling
Topping
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degree
- Unroll pie crust. Cut using 3 cookie cutter or lid.
- Spray muffin tin with EVOO
- Place cut pie crust in muffin tin and press down. dough should start to come up the sides.
- Spoon apple pie mix equally into mini pies
- Using a pastry cutter mix topping ingredients.
- Divide toppings evenly betweeen mini pies
- Bake 18-20 minutes
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!
