Cranberry Pulled Pork Sliders


Cranberry Pulled Pork Slider

  • 3 to 5 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 large onion, chopped into chunks
  • 16 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
  • toppings of your choice (slaw, cheese, etc)
  • slider buns

  1. Place pork and onion in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour cranberry sauce and bbq sauce on top
  3. Cook on low 8 hours. 
  4. Shred pork. Put back in slow cooker and stir with sauces for another hour. 
  5. Now it's time to build your sliders. We had ours with some slaw mix and Hawaiian slider rolls.
  6. Serve
  7. Enjoy!!!
