 Creamy Mac and Cheese


  • 4 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 oz Velvetta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder


  1. In a large pot, cook macaroni per directions on the box.
  2. While macaroni is cooking...
  3. In a medium pan, add heavy cream, milk, Velvetta cheese, and cheddar cheese over medium heat, stir frequently so mixture doesn't burn.
  4. Once all cheese is melted add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.
  5. Drain pasta and add back to pot. Pour cheese mixture over pasta and mix well.
  6. Serve
