February Intentions

Happy February. I am so excited for a new month. I feel like January went by so quick, do you feel the same way? Time for some  New Goals, New Intentions. 



Lets quickly look back at January:

 Family

  • Brian and I date night - yes
  • Spend as much time outside- - I have no had any time outside it has been cold
  • Family game night- no
  • Family movie night- yes
  • Kids pick dinner- yes they picked homemade mac and cheese

Home

  • Organize and put away all Christmas decorations- yes
  • Go through both pantries, freezers, and fridge- yes
  • purge bowls- no
  • finish kitchen- yes
  • finish stairs- yes
  • Compline a list of everything we would like to finish on the house- no

Me

  • Start using Portion Control containers and tracking- yes
  • Workout 5 days a week- yes
  • Start yearly devotional - yes
  • Start monthly devotional group- yes
  • Read and delete or put e-mails in folders instead of sitting opening then letting sit there, unsubscribe from unwanted e-mails. - yes
  • Dry January, giving up all alcohol starting January 4th - yes

Blog

  • Organize Blog Hops for the year - yes
  • Have recipe posts done a week in advance- yes

Instagram

  • Share 4 recipes- yes
  • Share 4 reels- no
  • Get following back up over 5000- yes

Health and Fitness Business

  • Start 5 ladies on their health and fitness- no
  • Share about the coaching business on Instagram- yes

Monthly Stats:

    Books Read -  6

Rings Closed on Apple Watch 

    Move Ring- 31

    Exercise Ring- 25

    Stand Ring- 31

Mindset Morning:

    4:30 am -  7 days, we are doing better 


Reminder of my Daily Habits
  • Drink 80 oz of water - 
  • Get 30 minutes of movement
  • Read for 30 minutes
  • Less than 4 hours total on my phone
  • Take multivitamin
  • Drink nutrition shake
  • Close all 3 rings on apple watch
  • No electronics after 9pm
  • Eat all containers

February Intentions:

Family:

  • date night
  • family movie night
  • family game night
  • sleepover either here or at family
  • love not hearts everyday on doors
  • schedule one on one time with each kid
  • sign Austin up for spring sport
  • go through Ella's clothes
  • try to get outside for at least 2 hours

Home:

  • scrub walls
  • scrub baseboards
  • organize tupperware bowls 

Me:

  • Read Love Unending Devotional
  • clean make up brushes
  • read Philippians 
  • read 4 books for fun and 2 personal development
  • do nightly controlled stretches 

Blog:

  • plan March posts
  • schedule March recipes
  • do one collaboration

Instagram: 

  • Share 4 recipes
  • Share 4 reels

Health and Fitness Business:

  • Start 5 women on their health and wellness journey
  • Help 2 women start a coaching business
