Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Vegan Shakeology (you can use other protein but water may need adjusted)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4-5 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix Shakeology, egg, baking powder and water together. Should be cake consistency.
- Add peanut butter to center.
- Top with chocolate chips
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Serve
- Enjoy
