Smashed Potatoes

 Smashed Red Potatoes


  • 1 lb baby red skin potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt/pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Preparing baking sheet with foil or EVOO
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until fork tender. 
  3. Remove potatoes from water and place on baking sheet. With either a fork or potato masher, smash potatoes
  4. Drizzle each potato with butter and seasoning. 
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  6. Serve
  7. Enjoy!!
