Beer Cheese Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 lb pork butt
- salt and pepper
- 1 box of beef stock
- 1 bottle of beer (I used Labatt Blue Light)
- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- In a slow cooker add pork. Season with salt and pepper. Add beef stock.
- Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Remove pork from slow cooker. Discard any juices in slow cooker. Shred pork and add back to slow cooker. Add beer, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic and cheese. Mix well.
- Cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Serve
