Chia Pudding


Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • topping of your choice optional such as berries, yogurt, nuts, peanut butter, etc.

  1. Add almond milk and chia seeds to a mason jar. Mix Well.
  2. Let sit overnight in the fridge.
  3. Serve in the morning with your favorite topping.
  4. Enjoy!!!
