Coconut Nests


  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 10 oz chocolate chips
  • Egg candles


  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a glass over over a pot with water at medium heat (double broiler) melt chocolate chips.
  3. Mix melted chocolate and shredded coconut together. 
  4. Scoop out cookies using a 1/4 cup and plan on cookie sheet.
  5. Flatten cookies with a spoon and place an indent in the middle. Place egg candles in center of cookies.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 
  7. Serve
  8. Enjoy
Store cookies in fridge.
