Coconut Nests
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 10 oz chocolate chips
- Egg candles
Directions:
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a glass over over a pot with water at medium heat (double broiler) melt chocolate chips.
- Mix melted chocolate and shredded coconut together.
- Scoop out cookies using a 1/4 cup and plan on cookie sheet.
- Flatten cookies with a spoon and place an indent in the middle. Place egg candles in center of cookies.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve
- Enjoy
Store cookies in fridge.
