I started a new workout program that is bringing me so much joy, is so much fun, and I have been sharing it via social media. I have gotten a lot of questions about the program. I would love for you to join me in completing this 30 day program. Here are all the details:

Shaun T has created a combo of dance and fitness that’s easy to follow and accessible to all dance and fitness levels. Bonus it was filmed in Hawaii and the views are so calming.

Who Is LET’S GET UP! For?

LET’S GET UP! is for anyone who’s ready to show up, show out! It is such a fun program that anyone can do at any fitness level. You are sure to leave a workout with a smile and with some sweat. 

Whether you’re new to fitness or you’ve already been training hard and you’re looking to have some fun, Shaun makes sure you’re set up for success with this program.

If you have no dance experience like myself, that's totally okay! Minimal coordination required!!! Even if you don't get the moves, you are still moving your body and having fun.

Everyone is included, accepted, and empowered to become the best version of themselves. Just come as you are, and you’ll leave every class feeling amazing.

What Equipment Do I Need?

The dance workouts require no equipment. For the resistance workouts, all you need are some light to medium dumbbells. I am currently using 5s and 8s pound weights.
