 Hummus without Tahini

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpea, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth consitency
  3. Serve
  4. Enjoy
