Hummus without Tahini
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpea, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth consitency
- Serve
- Enjoy
