Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Tbsp liquid amminos
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
Directions:
- Mix all together.
- Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!
