Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mash banana in a small bowl with a fork.
- Place all ingredients in a 16oz mason jar.
- Screw on lid and shake until well combines.
- Store in fridge overnight.
- Serve cold, eat right out of jar.
