 Philly Eggroll


  • 1 package frozen Steak-ums
  • 1 package Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese


  1. In a large pan, saute peppers and onion. Remove from pan and set aside
  2. In the same pan cook the steam-ums. Using a spatula cut up steam-ums into bite sized pieces. Once done cooking drain grease and stir into vegetable mixture. 
  3. Stir cheese into meat mixture.
  4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, one at a time. Position in a diamond shape. Place 1/4 cup on meat mixture on bottom portion of egg roll. Roll the bottom up and fold the corners in. Wrapping tightly. Dip your finger in water and run along edges of wrapper to seal.
  5. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers and meat mixture.
  6. Brush each egg roll with EVOO. 
  7. Bake in air fryer at 390 degrees for 15 minutes turning halfway. 
  8. Serve
