 Apple Spice Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 medium apple, shredded
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray a baking sheet lightly with EVOO and set aside.
3. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
4. Place small scoop of dough on baking sheet.
5. Bake 10 minutes.
6. Let Cool
7. Serve
8. Enjoy!!!
