 Easy Cherry Cobbler


  • 1 large can cherry pie filing
  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Spray EVOO lightly on bottom and sides of a 8x8 baking dish. 
  3. Layer the cherry pie filing at the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add white cake mix on top  cherry pie filing, do NOT mix.
  5. Slice butter into thin pieces. Spread out evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
  8. Enjoy!!!!
