Easy Cherry Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 large can cherry pie filing
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 1 stick of butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray EVOO lightly on bottom and sides of a 8x8 baking dish.
- Layer the cherry pie filing at the bottom of the pan.
- Add white cake mix on top cherry pie filing, do NOT mix.
- Slice butter into thin pieces. Spread out evenly on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
