Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thawed
- salt / pepper
- 2 Tbsp Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto
- 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 medium zucchini, spiraled
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish with EVOO
- Place chicken breasts in dish, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
- Top with pesto and parmesan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, chicken must at least be 165 degrees.
- Serve over zucchini noodles
