Pumpkin Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- All all ingredients to a mason jar.
- Shake well (you can also stir if needed)
- Store in fridge overnight
- Serve for breakfast cold
- Enjoy!!!!
