Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions:
  1. All all ingredients to a mason jar. 
  2. Shake well (you can also stir if needed)
  3. Store in fridge overnight
  4. Serve for breakfast cold
  5. Enjoy!!!!
