 Baked Teriyaki Salmon


  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 6 oz can of pineapple juice
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 salmon fillets


  1. In a ziplock bag combine: soy sauce, pineapple juice, red wine vinegar, and honey. Add salmon fillets. Marinate in bag in fridge for 1 hour to 24 hours. 
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Lightly spray baking dish with EVOO.
  4. Place salmon in bottom of baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!!
