 Halloween Candy Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 ½ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups leftover candy pieces, chopped (I used the food processor)
  • 1/2 cup Pretzels broken into pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare baking sheet.
  2. In a Kitchenaid mixer, or with a hand mixer, blend butter and sugar. 
  3. Add flour and baking soda. Blend.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well.
  5. Add chopped candy and pretzels. 
  6. Drop spoonful of mix on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. 
  8. Cool
  9. Serve
