Halloween Candy Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 2 ½ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups leftover candy pieces, chopped (I used the food processor)
- 1/2 cup Pretzels broken into pieces
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare baking sheet.
- In a Kitchenaid mixer, or with a hand mixer, blend butter and sugar.
- Add flour and baking soda. Blend.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well.
- Add chopped candy and pretzels.
- Drop spoonful of mix on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool
- Serve
