Hey loves. Happy Monday. I have to admit last weeks meals were very repetitive. I meal prepped lunches for the first time in forever. Usually lunches I make a salad, saute veggies, or leftovers. For lunches I made
- Everything but the Bagel chicken, with steamed broccoli and baked red potatoes
- Chicken Parmesan, with steamed broccoli and baked red potatoes (leftovers)
- Shredded Buffalo Chicken with celery
It got old quick. The plan was for Brian to also have some of the lunches too, i think he ate 2 out of 8. Brian quickly got burnt out of chicken. We also had chicken a lot for dinner....
Monday -
Wednesday - leftover soup
Thursday - leftover soup
Friday - local take out
Next week Brian has requested No Chicken. My go to meals are chicken or ground turkey. I have to mix things up. Meatloaf, Gilbert sausage sheet pan, Cajun Shrimp and Rice, Salmon, and a Fish Fry.
