Hey loves. Happy February. January seemed to be so long. The month started off rough but I turned it around. I am ready to rock February.
Lets take a quick look back at my
January Goals
January Intentions:
Me:
- Bring back a new mindset morning. What time will this start? I don't know yet. What will this entail? I don't know that either. I know I need to get back into a routine where I make time for myself and accomplish some things before anyone else wakes up. - NO
- Dry January- not drinking for the month. I don't drink that often but don't need the extra calories when I am pushing for my goals - yes
- No Spend January- no buying un-necessary items. Brian has already made the comment he is surprised we haven't received anything from Amazon this year. - yes and no
- Eat 3 servings of veggies a day- yes
- Do cardio 3x a week on bike- no did 2 days a week
- Do strength 3x a week with Job1 program- yes
- Read 6 books- yes
Family:
- weekly game night - yes Ella loves Life
- 1 movie night- yes
- date night with Brian at least once - no
House:
- Finish mud room (minus floor)- no
- Come up with better organizing for Austin's toys- no
- Start the Clean the Clutter Challenge with Coffee, Pancakes, and Dreams - yes
- Start a dreams list of projects we want to do to the house over time- no
February Goals:
Personal:
- complete another round of Job 1 workout program
- Go to the gym 4x
- Read 6 books total
- Work on weaning Audrianna from nursing
- 2b mindset eating plan
- Read Love Unending
- Read 123 Magic
Family:
- have a game night
- have a movie night
- Go out to breakfast
- Date night with Brian and I
- Love Note Hearts on the kids doors every morning
House:
- Finish mudroom
- Go through Austin's clothes
- Go through Audrianna's clothes
- Organize Austin's
- Start a dream list for things done around the house
- Fix bathroom counter in kids bathroom
