 Shrimp and Grits


  • 1 package instant grits
  • leftover cooked shrimp
  • eggs
  • butter
  • salt/pepper
  • milk
  • Adoba seasoning


  1. Prepare grits per directions on package.
  2. Add butter and salt/pepper to flavor grits. 
  3. Spray EVOO in skillet. Reheat shrimp. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  4. In a bowl whisk egg with a little milk (less than a tbsp). 
  5. Scramble egg in skillet. Season egg with Adoba seasoning
  6. Serve grits topped with egg and shrimp.
  7. Enjoy!!!
