Meal Planning Monday on a Tuesday

 Opps I forgot to share my meal plan for this week. I just finished week 1 of anti-inflammatory and healing my gut. I am feeling great. Last weeks dinner went well too. In week 1 you eliminate certain foods, and add others. Also all the veggies had to be cooked. In week 2 veggies don't have to be cooked so bring back my salads. I even made a delicious dairy free honey mustard dressing. Let's see what we have planned for dinner this week. 

Monday - Chickpea Pasta with low sugar spaghetti sauce, turkey meatball and salad

Tuesday - Chicken tacos with jicama wraps

Wednesday - Turkey Burgers

Thursday - Tilapia with rice, and green beans and a salad

Friday - Chipotle

Saturday - Chicken al la king
