• 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/s tsp salt
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Slice avocados in half, remove pit. Scoop of avocado and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Zest lime and add to bowl. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice into bowl. 
  3. Add salt. 
  4. Using a fork mash together.
  5. Add tomato and cilantro to mixture, combining gently.
  6. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. 
  7. Serve
  8. Enjoy!!!!
