Hey loves. Happy Monday. I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Let's talk this weeks menu. We have two over flowing, unorganized freezers. (our chest freezer in the basement and our pull out drawer freezer in the kitchen) There is bags half-full of ravioli and pierogis, a few breaded shrimp, two opened packages of hot dogs, and that's just the upstairs freezer. My goal this week is to organize and take inventory of both freezers. We are also making the menu based on what we already have on hand, then adding extra's if needed. (such as I bought Alfredo for ravioli.)
Monday - Kielbasa and Pierogi's
Tuesday - Shrimp Tacos
Wednesday - Pork Tenderloin stir fry (all leftovers)
Thursday - Ravioli with Alfredo
Friday - Local Take Out
Saturday - Leftovers
