Chocolate Peppermint Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 10 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp peppermint syrup
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup protein powder (I used vanilla Shakeology)
- 3 crushed candy canes
- 2-4 Tbsp water, optional
Directions:
- In a large box mix cocoa powder, syrups, peanut butter, and protein.
- Slowly add water to reach desired consistency if needed.
- Rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and roll into balls.
- Serve.
- Enjoy
