Chocolate Peppermint Protein Balls

 Chocolate Peppermint Protein Balls

  • 10 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp peppermint syrup 
  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (I used vanilla Shakeology)
  • 3 crushed candy canes
  • 2-4 Tbsp water, optional

  1. In a large box mix cocoa powder, syrups, peanut butter, and protein.
  2. Slowly add water to reach desired consistency if needed.
  3. Rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. 
  4. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls.
  5. Serve.
  6. Enjoy
