Hey loves. Happy Monday and Happy New Year. I am back with another week of our dinner menus. I opted to change up the name since I usually only share the dinner menu not my whole weekly menu. Do you plan our all your meals for the week or just dinner?
With January comes along everyone jumping back on the health and wellness wagon, myself included. I am going back to eating foods that I enjoy but also make me feel good. For the past few months I have had way to many sweets and foods that don't necessarily agree with my body and boy can I feel it. Time to get back to the changes that make me feel good.
Monday - Veal with marinara sauce with spaghetti squash, kids will have pasta
Tuesday - Chicken taco salad
Wednesday - Fish (whatever I find on sale when I go shopping tomorrow) with Brussel sprouts and quinoa
Thursday - Chicken stir fry oven brown rice
Friday - Mediterranean take out
Saturday - Leftovers
