Hey loves. We didn't get our snow day yesterday or today but we did get some beautiful snow which I will take. Getting back into a good routine and linking up with with Patty and Holly for Monthly Musing.
1- Something you do for yourself to beat the winter blues?
2- Something you do for your family to bring Joy over the winter?
More movie nights, game nights, and sleepovers.
3- Favorite cozy items or go to?
a heated blanket
4- Winter exercise habits or practices ?
My workouts don't change based on the weather. I workout in my basement streaming my workouts or riding my myx bike.
5- Do you practice journaling or meditation?
No. I do write in a gratitude journal.
6- Do you light candles or use essential oils to relax?
Both- every night we use a diffusers with lemon, eucalyptus and lavender.
7- Any bedtime routines you would like to share that promote your quality of sleep?
I am here for all your tips I feel like I am sleeping but not getting quality sleep.
8- What are your morning habits that help you prepare for a Good day?
Start my day listening to the bible recap on the bible app, then the podcast. I write out a to do list of what I want and need to do.
9- Favorite way to spend a day off in the winter?
A movie day with the kids
10- Favorite winter themed movie?
Right now we are watching a lot of Frozen and Frozen 2.Not my choice.

ReplyDeleteOh I laughed at your comment about the movies not being your choice! I listed Frozen as a favorite because I really did enjoy it AND because I have lots of good memories of watching it with my little girl (who is all grown up now). I bet someday you'll treasure the memory! ;-)
