Hey loves. Happy Wednesday. I am a little behind on our menu planning for the week. I am switching my grocery shopping back to Friday's instead of Mondays and just didn't make a menu until yesterday. I have kinda been flying by the seat of my pants for a few days. We have been eating leftovers, and its always taco Tuesday. Also this weeks weather is crazy for Ohio in February, normally we have snow temps in the 30s if not colder. Today's high is 64. I feel like we are having Carolina's weather. Lets see what I have planned for the rest of this week

Monday - Meatball subs from leftover turkey mini meatballs and leftover freezer marinara
Tuesday - Chicken Tacos (I know not very Valentine's themed or romantic
Wednesday - Kielbasa sheet pan
Thursday - Teriyaki Shredded Chicken with veggies and quinoa
Friday - Local Take Out
Saturday - Cheeseburger Potato Soup
Sunday - Pot Roast
