 Healthy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 30 oz bag shredded hash browns
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups chicken or veggie broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • salt/pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. 
  2. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, or low for 8 hours. 
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!!
