 Garlic Butter Trout

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb trout filet
  • salt / pepper 
  • 3 Tbsp garlic butter ( or butter and garlic seasoning)

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut a piece of foil big enough to wrap the trout completely.
  3. Place foil on baking sheet, add trout to the middle of foil.
  4. Season trout with salt and pepper
  5. Add garlic butter to top of trout.
  6. Fold the foil around trout, making sure it is completely covered.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until trout internal temp is at 145 degrees.
  8. Remove from foil.
  9. Serve
  10. Enjoy!!!!
