Garlic Butter Trout
Ingredients:
- 1 lb trout filet
- salt / pepper
- 3 Tbsp garlic butter ( or butter and garlic seasoning)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut a piece of foil big enough to wrap the trout completely.
- Place foil on baking sheet, add trout to the middle of foil.
- Season trout with salt and pepper
- Add garlic butter to top of trout.
- Fold the foil around trout, making sure it is completely covered.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until trout internal temp is at 145 degrees.
- Remove from foil.
- Serve
