 Healthy Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp sweet relish
  • paprika 

Directions:

  1. Smash egg with a fork
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Stir well
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!!

  1. I have never thought of using Greek Yogurt with eggs, I usually just use mayonnaise. I think I need to give your version a try.
