 Garlic Alfredo Sauce


  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt/pepper 


  1. In a large saucepan over medium meat, melt butter. 
  2. Add garlic to pan, cooking for one minute.
  3. Whisk in the flour, stirring continuiously for one minute. 
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle bubble, then reduce heat. 
  5. Simmer for a few minutes as sauce thickens.
  6. Slowly stir in cheese. 
  7. Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  8. Serve with your favorite pasta, zoodles, and protein.
  9. Enjoy!!!!
