 Hey loves. Happy Wednesday. I am so glad we have a late start to our day. Yesterday was a long day at Disney World Magic Kingdom. We have a more relaxing day planned today with a character breakfast which is really brunch after 11 and going to the gulf coast which we have never been to. I think Brian is most excited to go to the gulf. He keeps saying there is more in Florida than just Disney World. I don't believe him. How is your week going?

What a perfect topic today for this months Let's Look link up with  Erika and Shay - Best Travel Tips 

1. Packing cubes are a game changer in staying organized and fitting more clothes in you luggage. Using packing cubes I fit 5 people in one large suitcase for a 10 day vacation. Each member in our family also has a different color for a quick grab and knowing whose clothes are whose. 
2. Be prepared for kids getting carsick. We have learned that two of our kids get car sick. Before we even leave we give them dramamine. We also have on hand throw up bags. Also limit sweets and dairy and looking down at an electronic.
3. Buy snacks in advance, they are so much more expensive at the gas station, airport, or tolls. We also prepare some healthier snacks too, like cut up apples, grapes, and carrots. 
4. Don't forget to bring shoes. I may have gone on vacation once and didn't bring any shoes. 
5. Don't forget the sunscreen. You are more likely to spend more time outside and need the sunscreen. Even if it is spring break. 
6. If your kids are use to a white noise machine at home and a night light, be sure to bring them. Hotel rooms can be completely dark and you can often hear other people. We use this dual sound machine with night. 
7. Have a travel bag for entertaining the kids. Yes they may just watch a movie or stare out the window but it is better to be prepared with stuff for them to do. Coloring books and crayons, Water Wow, work search, activity books, etc.
