 Peach Bourbon Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper

glaze:

  • 1 peaches, sliced thin
  • pinch of salt
  • shot of bourbon
  • 2 Tbsp honey


Directions:

  1. In a small sauce pan, add sliced peaches, bourbon, honey, and salt. Cook down over medium heat. 
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut two pieces of foil big enough to make a pocket around your salmon.
  3. Add salmon to middle of foil pockets. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle peach glaze over both pieces of salmon. Seal the foil around salmon. 
  4. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. (internal temp should be 145 degrees)
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!
