Hey loves. Who else loves reading book reviews? They are one of my favorite posts each month. I add so many books to my TBR each month (to be read) after reading others reviews. But they take me the most amount of time to write up. What I need to do is have a post on going and update it after I finish each book instead of sitting down one day to review all the books I read / listened to that month.
In August I read 5 books and listened to 7. I was on a roll and you could always find me with a headphone in listening to a book. (this month I got sucked into doing something else).

My Review: Lauren over at Don't Mind Our Mess shared this book last month and I thought I read it but didn't. I borrowed it from the library for a quick read. I enjoyed the insight it gives you to her life on Laguna Beach and how she raises her family on a healthier lifestyle. Can't wait to try some of her recipes.

My Review: A relationship has its ups and downs. One doesn't always make it easy for the other but they show each other love and support. Finding out you have a sister you never knew about, grandma who has an illness she has been hiding, and past trauma that haunts you. This story gave me all the emotions.

My Review: A good mystery where the twist and turns have you guessing and changing your mind of who did it.

My Review: What girl hasn't wanted to meet their celebrity crush, let alone have a drunk night with them? (especially when you were younger we all have that one crush that we have a get out of jail card for). For Heather is was Eli. They meet up after the concert, hook up, then Heather runs. Eli wants more. The story line and heart felt sister love is tear jerking.

My Review: Dirty taboo with forbidden love with age gap. Mr. Daddy Powers is engaged to Raven's mom. The story didn't have much character development but had a lot of spice, tension, and smut.

My Review: Second chance romance. They met years before then fate brought them back together. A temporary marriage out of convenience could it turn out to be more? There was fun chemistry and banter keeping you hooked.

My Review: A boss employee romance that was only suppose to be for his work and money, no love intended. Throw in two toddlers and needing someone to help out and things change. This story is left with a major cliff hanger

My Review: Part two of series. Book one left a major cliffhanger leaving wanting/needing to know what happened next. I wish the characters were more developed. Overall was a great conclusion to the first book.

My Review: Short romance with some ghosts mixed in. A castle in Ireland with a love story that dates years back. I wish the story was longer and more in depth.
